Are you the parent/caregiver of a child with an anxiety disorder or who is experiencing stress that is overwhelming and impacting their day-to-day life? If you answered yes to either of these questions, please join us for this workshop. We will discuss information about anxiety such as symptoms and causes, resources available to support you and your child, and explore coping and parenting strategies that can help set your child up for success. This workshop also provides an opportunity to connect and network with other families who are navigating similar challenges.
