Does your neighbour plant a beautiful garden, shovel your sidewalk as a courtesy, walk a cute dog? Come to the library and pick up a Thank you Neighbour postcard created especially to recognize good neighbours. Take the postcard home and write a personal note letting your neighbour know how and why you appreciate them and then pop it in their mailbox or slip it under their door.
