Do you and your child struggle to manage emotions? If you have a child 4-10 years who has big feelings that can be overwhelming for you and for them, then this group is for you. The first evening is parent (adults ONLY) focused on providing opportunities to connect with other parents/caregivers while receiving practical tools and resources to support the continued learning of emotional development. The second night will include you and your child exploring ways of communicating feelings, identify triggers to big emotions and learn/practice a variety of coping strategies.
NOTE: PARENT MUST ATTEND FIRST NIGHT TO ATTEND WITH THEIR CHILD THE FOLLOWING WEEK.
