Master Healers Sophie, and Launa merge their skillset with Registered Mental Health Counsellor/Coach, Hilary Lucas. We will come together to offer a versatile support group that encompasses several modalities to optimize your experience.
The group will be held once a month on Saturday from 7:30-9pm
The group will offer connection, grounding and thought provoking conversations around mental health and personal growth. This is a great opportunity for us to come together and heal in community. Through safe connection we heal our nervous systems and can take forth into the world our capacity to hold space for others. In this group we will apply many modalities such as sound healing, energy work and group therapy techniques. The idea is to merge many forms of support and healing to provide the most versatile approach. This group is for anyone 18+ that is seeking some direction and connection through their healing journey.
