About the Instructor:
Your session will be guided by Hope Blackbird, a certified yoga instructor who has been practicing yoga for over 10 years. Hope discovered yoga as a way to bring confidence and calm into her life, and that personal journey continues to shape her teaching today.
While attending university, Hope founded YogizMat, a yoga mat company created to make yoga more accessible through innovative and thoughtful design. In 2023, she completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training, expanding her knowledge and passion for supporting others in guiding both mind and body toward peacefulness.
