Do you struggle with a child who does not do as they are told? Are you the parent/caregiver of child(ren) between the ages of 5-9 years who has trouble accepting limits, and understanding the meaning of the word “No”? Then this group is for you. During this session we will discuss managing difficulties we experience like disobedience and defiance. You will have an opportunity to connect with other parents while exploring reasons your child is not following your instructions. You will learn to set goals for change and learn ways of keeping track of your child’s behavior. We will also explore positive parenting strategies to help prevent problems.
