Would you like to build skills and relationships that will help you to be successful during pregnancy and in the first year of your child’s life? Each month (all year long), specific topics are presented and discussed that reflect the interests of expectant and new moms of infants 0–18 months. These topics include parenting, prenatal, infant, and pediatric nutrition, and much more. Topics repeat on an annual basis. This program is offered in collaboration with Alberta Health Services. Limited Child Care is available for children 0–18 months and siblings up to 6 years. (When COVID-19 restrictions allow.)
